The Establishment branch performs the following functions:
- Posting / Transfer of officers / officials BS-17 & below in the Division
- Scrutiny and processing of recruitment/promotion/enquiry cases of staff
- Maintain seniority list/Annual confidential report
- Competent authority of Niab Tehsildar in the Division
- Promotion cases of Qanungo as Naib Tehsildar
- Posting / Transfer of Assistant Commissioners / Tehsildars
